These staff contribute to the definition and execution of R&D programs, in terms of characterization, modeling, definition of products, technologies, phenomena and functions.
Required skills:
The ability to analyze and synthesize information, in-depth knowledge of one or more scientific disciplines, creativity and innovation, as well as the ability to absorb and share knowledge.
Functions:
• Lead studies in compliance with safety, environment, quality, cost and lead-time objectives.
• Design new products and synthesis processes.
• Study basic properties, analyze physical phenomena, study the behavior of materials.
• Define experimental procedures and oversee research planning.
• Write financial and technical proposals, technical reports and business reports.
• Draw up bibliographical studies in line with research subjects.
• Maintain an appropriate level of international technical expertise and theoretical knowledge
in the areas concerned.
